The brief:

Design and draw two-sided attractive event invitation for a fundraising reception held by the Street Child World Cup charity, held at the Royal Albert Hall in London.

The process:

This project was created mostly over email. The Street Child World Cup organisation sent me a brief which outlined the wording for the invitation and the look they were hoping for. I drew the linked London and Rio landmarks creating a bespoke drawing for the front of the invitation, involving the charity closely with the detail of the drawing. I also create an illustration of Rio and the football stadium for the back. Once the drawings were approved, I typeset the invitation including the necessary logos and using the charity’s branded colours.

The solution:

A purposeful, attractive event invitation. I provided a high-resolution print-ready file for the organisation to print the invitations and post out to their guests.
