Frequently Asked Questions

  • Please use the contact form to get in touch in the first instance.

Once I have all the relevant information from you, I will put together a quote for your project. Once I have sent the quote, if you would like to go ahead, I request a deposit before starting the work. When I have received the deposit payment, I will make a start on the sketch designs. I send these to you for discussion and to lead us on to the next stage of the design work. After further refinement, and with your go-ahead, I create the final artwork.

Once you are fully happy and the artwork is signed-off, I send an invoice for the final payment. At this point, I can send you the finished artwork via email if it is a digital project or I send the final files to print if it is a print project.
