Foster Maddison, an estate agent based in Newcastle Upon Tyne commissioned me to create a bespoke map to feature on the cover of their in-house magazine, ‘Aquire’. The map needed to link the cities of London and Newcastle. I drew key landmarks and buildings from both cities and linked the illustration with the use of the River Tyne and the River Thames.

The brief: Create an attractive and informal map illustration linking Newcastle Upon Tyne and London using the firm’s colour palette of blue and pink.
